Born in Queensland Australia on a small cattle farm; started his first colt in his early teens. He credits these formative experiences with his hunger to understand more about the horse’s thinking patterns. Now based in the United States, is a co-founder of Double Dan Horsemanship; performs for, teaches, and inspires horse lovers at the Australian Equine Performance Center, based in Midway, Kentucky.
