Alice Gully, has been riding all her life and in the first twenty years of her life rode more abroad than in the UK, having lived in India, Cyprus, Germany and Africa.  A capable jockey but not a pro at any specialist equestrian sport, she enjoys the grass roots level of eventing, show jumping and dressage and keeps four equines at home.   Out of the saddle Alice is co-owner of Aardvark Safaris, which for the last 22 years has been tailoring luxury holidays to Africa and the Indian ocean from offices in Edinburgh and Hampshire.  Past challenges include running two marathons, sailing in three Tall Ship races, sailing in a round Britain race and raising triplets.
