Possibly the Derby’s first experienced elephant jockey. Grew up in the Democratic Republic of Congo dreaming of riding horses. Currently living in northern Kenya, working in tourism and conservation. Manages 30 safari ponies, jockeys for other horse owners in eventing and travels the rural roads with teammates Keren and Aisha.
